NCFA Management was founded with a singular purpose: to help businesses in the Washington Metropolitan Area unlock their full potential by taking on the financial, strategic, and operational challenges that their teams simply don't have the time or capacity to manage alone.

Our founder, Fadi Alaeddin, recognized a gap in the market — small and mid-sized companies needed the caliber of financial and advisory support that was once reserved only for large enterprises. NCFA Management was built to fill that gap.
